I showed up for packet pickup fully ready to be annoyed, but honestly? It was actually super smooth. The line moved fast, the staff clearly knew what they were doing, and I had my stuff in just a few minutes. The signs were easy enough to follow too. I was expecting a whole hassle, but nope, it was simple. So yeah, 5 stars from me.

Stopped by the booth and had a good experience overall. It looked nice, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The only small hiccup felt totally avoidable, but it didn’t really take away from the visit

I had a good time overall and the race itself was really fun. That said, the post-race festival felt crowded and a little disorganized, which was tough after finishing a run. The hot chocolate was tasty, but the lines were way longer than I expected, and the staff seemed hit or miss, some were super helpful, while others looked a bit confused. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’m glad I did it. I just wish the after-race part had been a little more smooth and relaxing.

It took them a couple days to get back to me, which felt kind of slow, but they did answer what I asked. So I guess it was fine overall, even though waiting made it feel worse than it probably was.

I might be a little biased because I already love races with a big crowd, but Hot Chocolate 15k had such a great energy. Everyone around was super friendly, and the cheering was loud in the best way. There were so many happy people along the course that it made the run feel way easier than I expected. I had a really good time and would definitely do it again.

I usually wear a medium, but this fit more like a small, which was disappointing. After I paid, I did feel a little unsure about whether everything was legit or if the order would show up as expected, but it did arrive and shipping was okay overall. I might order again, but I’d definitely size up next time. I just wish their size chart was clearer.

Well... the race itself was really fun, but the parking situation was kind of a mess. The lots filled up fast, and getting out afterward took forever. The shuttle helped a little, but I wish the parking and shuttle info had been clearer before race morning.

The volunteers were genuinely helpful once they got back to me, but the replies took longer than I expected. It felt like an avoidable delay, especially since the actual help was good when it finally came through.

The mile markers felt pretty much right on compared to my watch, which I always appreciate because that can get annoying fast if it’s off. The elevation info helped too, like I knew where to chill a bit and save some energy instead of burning out early.
